Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Empress 1908 0.0 Indigo
- ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup
- Oddbird Blanc de Blancs (or other sparkling wine)
Glassware & Garnish
- Champagne Flute
- Lemon Twist
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Add ice to shaker and shake until well chilled
- Double strain into a Champagne Flute
