RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of consumable products, all items are considered final sale. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

While we take care to curate and recommend the best non-alcoholic drinks, taste is personal. We cannot offer returns or exchanges based on flavour preference.

If you have any questions before purchasing, we are always happy to help match you with something we think you will enjoy.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@drinksante.ca and include photos.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package and to bring it indoors promptly, especially during freezing temperatures.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

All products, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


RETURNED PACKAGES (NON-DELIVERY)

If an order is returned to us by the carrier due to failed delivery, we will issue a refund for the products once the order has been received back to us.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a 2.5% restocking fee may apply.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping details are accurate and that delivery can be completed at the provided address. If special delivery arrangements are required, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.


REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@drinksante.ca so we can investigate.
