How To Make A Lavender No-Haze
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Empress 1908 0.0 Indigo
- ½ oz. Lavender Honey Syrup
- 2 oz. Homestyle Lemonade
Glassware & Garnish
- Collins Glass
- Lavender Sprig
Directions
- Add Lemonade and Lavender Honey Syrup into a cocktail shaker
- Add ice to shaker and shake until well chilled
- Strain into glass filled with crushed ice
- Layer Empress 1908 0.0 Indigo on top
- Add more crushed ice and garnish with Lavender Sprig
* To make Lavender Honey Syrup, combine ½ cup hot water and ½ cup honey in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once honey is dissolved, add 2 tbsp dried lavender buds. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Cool, and strain. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
