Traditionally made with an equal-parts ratio of Gin, Campari, and Sweet Vermouth, in this recipe we eschew the traditional proportions for a more balanced bitter blend in our non-alc take on our most favourite cocktail.

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled ice
  2. Stir ingredients for 15 seconds
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over a single large ice cube
  4. Express orange twist over the top of glass and drop in
