ZERONIMO is the new non-alcoholic wine brand from the award-winning Austrian family winery Heribert Bayer, which is managed by Patrick and Katja. They are among the pioneers for premium alcohol-free wines, first ever in the world dealcoholized a 98 pts. and offer the first non-alcoholic premium wines from Austria too. Three years ago – during the pregnancy of Katja – they started dealing with non-alcoholic wines. Their focus is only on highquality non-alcoholic wines, which make the complex and fascinating taste and character of wine accessible to everyone. Therefore, they use high quality fine wines only. The wine’s dry, flavor-rich, and multi-layered tasting profile appeals to AF drinkers and wine lovers.
This bottle represents the world’s first 20-year-aged, dealcoholized wine: the Zeronimo Century Blend. This rarity is a blend of the Austrian variety Blaufränkisch, Pinot Noir, and Merlot. The grapes come from 60-year-old vines at the renowned Neckenmarkter Hochberg in Mittelburgenland, Austria. The wine was aged for two years in new French oak barrels, followed by another 18 years of bottle aging. It is limited to just 2,500 bottles – each uniquely numbered.
