Colibri Red - Merlot

Colibri wines are spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks and they are then removed from alcohol through a gentle membrane dealcoholization technology that doesn't alter the quality of the wines and preserves their original colour, structure and aromas.

Produced in the Italian region of Friuli Venezia Giulia with 100% Merlot grapes. The wine has a ruby color with purple shades. The nose is an enticing mix of red berries, such as raspberries and cherries. On the palate, it delivers a symphony of flavors reminiscent of a classic red wine. Juicy red fruit flavors, complemented with spiciness. The tannins are well integrated, providing structure and a velvety and engaging mouthfeel.
