Colibri wines are spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks and they are then removed from alcohol through a gentle membrane dealcoholization technology that doesn't alter the quality of the wines and preserves their original colour, structure and aromas.
Produced in the Italian region of Friuli Venezia Giulia with 100% Traminer grapes. The wine has a pale straw-yellow color. The bouquet is a mild and harmonious perfume of citrus and ripe stone fruits accompanied by a delicate minerality that adds depth. On the palate, it’s light and complex at the same time, with a slight floral character and yeast-related aromas that enrich the mouthfeel and leave a pleasant and long aftertaste.
