DIVIN Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc

Divin Sauvignon Blanc Sparkling is a non-alcoholic sparkling wine inspired by the freshness of the Loire Valley. Fine, delicate bubbles with aromas of white peach, passion fruit, and tropical notes, and softer hints of nectarine and ripe white fruit. Pale yellow in the glass with subtle golden highlights.

This sparkling Sauvignon Blanc is well balanced, combining ripe fruit with lively acidity and a refreshing sparkle. Notes of mango, peach, and citrus carry through to a clean, crisp finish that keeps the wine feeling vibrant and easy to enjoy. 

To preserve the character of the original wine, DIVIN uses a gentle vacuum distillation process carried out at low temperatures. This allows the alcohol to be removed while protecting the the aromatic profile. The extracted aromas are then carefully reintroduced before carbonation, resulting in a sparkling Sauvignon Blanc that stays true to its style.
