Hitachino Nest Non Ale is a non-alcoholic beer by Kiuchi Shuzo in Japan. Its roots in sake production date back generations, with its brewery beginning in 1996 after changes to Japanese brewing laws. Since then, they have become known for blending traditional sake techniques with modern craft brewing, often incorporating Japanese ingredients like rice and yuzu. Their work is guided by 'kodawari', a deep commitment to craftmanship and quality.
Hitachino Nest Non Ale carries that same philosophy into a non-alcoholic beer. It is balanced, and full of character, with carefully selected malts that give a deep amber colour, and when poured, a fluffy head. A touch of lemon and grapefruit add to the exotic feel of this pale ale.
