The New Fashioned takes the simplicity of an Old Fashioned and rebuilds it around Sylva ORCHARD, an aged non-alcoholic spirit made with fruit wood and malted barley. Ripe cherry, stewed plum and crisp apple peel meet soft smoke, toasted malt and oaked vanilla, creating the depth and warmth you expect from a slow-sipping cocktail.
Bark & Bitter Aromatic Bitters adds aromatic spice and a firm bitter edge that pulls those richer flavours together. Finished with an orange twist, the New Fashioned is familiar in structure but distinctly its own, with fruit, oak, smoke and bitters at the centre.
