Inspired by the compound gin, our non-alcoholic expression of a "Dry Gin" consists of a maceration of traditional botanicals such as a juniper berry, lemon, coriander seed and star anise. The result? As unsuspected aromatic burst for a non-alcoholic product.
With its slightly sweet texture, our "Dry Gin" break all the codes to create a non-alcoholic version both complex and high in character, whether tasted alone or mixed in a mocktail. The nose offers an important and complex bouquet of piney and peppery Juniper berries. On the palate, vegetal notes of coriander seed and Juniper berries takes over, followed by pepper, lemon and a lightly anise’s flavor at the end.
