Description

Sourced from Chile’s Central Valley, Oracle  Non-Alcoholic Chilean Carmenere is a medium-bodied red wine that highlights the grape’s soft texture and expressive fruit. Carmenere, originally from Bordeaux but now closely associated with Chile, is known for its balance of ripe berry character and gentle herbal notes.

Notes of red plum, blackberry, and soft spice, followed by subtle hints of green peppercorn. On the palate, it is smooth, with soft tannins and a rounded structure. 

Often compared to Merlot for its body and texture, Carmenere offers a similar softness with a slightly more savoury edge. It pairs well with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and dishes with herbs or mild spice. Balanced, fruit-forward, and easy to drink, Oracle Chilean Carmenere is a great representation of Chile’s most recognized red varietals as a non-alcoholic variety.
