Origami Zero Non-Alcoholic Sake
Gluten FreeOrigami Zero is a non-alcoholic sake brewed using traditional methods, with locally grown rice and mineral water drawn from the Ouachita Mountains. The brewing process mirrors conventional sake, but with one change: the alcohol-producing yeast is left out, leaving behind something naturally sweet, low in calories, and free of added sugars.
The flavour profile leans into ripe apple and savoury chestnut, underpinned by a deep umami character and a fresh acidity. It is a food-friendly non-alcoholic sake that pairs well with sushi or light meals.
