Low SugarCopenhagen BLÅ Sparkling Tea is a premium non-alcoholic wine alternative made from a blend of 13 organic teas, including jasmine tea, white tea, green tea, and Darjeeling First Flush. It is delicate, floral, lightly citrusy, and gently tannic, with fine bubbles and a clean tea finish.
BLÅ opens with aromas of jasmine, chamomile, and a hint of citrus. The jasmine tea brings a soft floral lift, while the white teas give the palate a rounder feel. Green teas add freshness, and Darjeeling First Flush brings a longer finish with comfortable tannins.
Serve chilled at around 5°C in a flute or wine glass. BLÅ works well as a non-alcoholic aperitif and pairs beautifully with starters, vegetarian dishes, light mains, soft cheeses, creamy desserts, fruit-based desserts, and dishes where floral and citrus notes can brighten the plate.
