Copenhagen LYSEGRØN Sparkling Tea is a fresh non-alcoholic wine alternative made from a blend of 12 organic green teas, including Sencha, Darjeeling, and West Lake Dragon Well. It pours clear with green nuances, fine bubbles, and a bright citrus profile that works especially well before a meal or alongside seafood.

LYSEGRØN opens with aromas of citrus, green tea, minerality, and apple. On the palate, lemon grass, Earl Green Sencha, orange peel, Darjeeling, and green apple come through with a clean, lively finish. Dragon Well green tea adds savoury, nutty, and creamy notes, while Sencha brings freshness and mild astringency.

Serve chilled at around 5°C in a flute or wine glass. LYSEGRØN pairs beautifully with oysters, caviar, fish, seafood, fresh salads, goat cheese, green vegetables, and lighter dishes where citrus and minerality can shine.
