Low SugarCopenhagen LYSEGRØN Sparkling Tea 375 mL is a smaller bottle of fresh, non-alcoholic wine alternative made from a blend of 12 organic green teas. The blend includes Sencha, Darjeeling, and West Lake Dragon Well, giving it a bright, layered profile with fine bubbles and a clean finish.
LYSEGRØN has aromas of citrus, green tea, minerality, and apple. The palate brings lemon grass, Earl Green Sencha, orange peel, green apple, and a long hint of Darjeeling. Dragon Well adds a soft savoury, nutty note, while Sencha gives the drink a refreshing lift and mild astringency.
Serve chilled at around 5°C in a flute or wine glass. This 375 mL bottle is ideal with oysters, caviar, fish, seafood, fresh salads, goat cheese, green vegetables, and small plates where a crisp non-alcoholic sparkling drink fits naturally.
