Harvested in the summer and cold brewed for 24 hours, Saicho Darjeeling is delicate, aromatic, and food-friendly, with notes of bergamot oil, pink grapefruit, sandalwood, and saffron. On the palate, mandarin, ginger, and wood spice are balanced by gentle, dry tannins.
This 200 mL bottle is ideal when you want a single glass of something more interesting with dinner. Pair it with grilled meats, lasagna, roasted vegetables, mushroom dishes, or tomato-based pastas.
