Low SugarSaicho Sparkling Jasmine Tea 200 mL is a single-serving non-alcoholic wine alternative made with Fuding Big White Leaf green tea from Fujian Province, China. Grown in the mountains at approximately 500 metres altitude, the leaves are hand-harvested in early spring and later scented with jasmine blossoms during the summer bloom.
The jasmine flowers are picked at midday, placed over the tea leaves, and left to open as they cool, slowly releasing their aroma. This process is repeated over several nights until the tea carries a balanced floral fragrance.
Cold brewed for 24 hours and gently sparkling, Saicho Jasmine opens with jasmine flower, lemon peel, blossom, and fresh-cut pear. On the palate, apple, lychee, vanilla, rose petal, and a creamy texture lead into a refreshing spicy finish. Enjoy this 200 mL bottle with spicy Asian salads, creamy desserts, elderflower jellies, fruit tarts, or soft cheeses.
