Treasured in East Asian tea culture for centuries, osmanthus flower is known for its sweet, apricot-like fragrance and soft floral elegance.
As the newest addition to the Saicho collection, Osmanthus continues the brand’s mission to bring more depth and ritual to non-alcoholic drinks. The tea is cold brewed from single-origin leaves to preserve its natural aromatics, creamy texture, and gentle tannic structure.
On the nose, expect honeyed osmanthus blossom, golden apricot, and delicate florals. On the palate, apricot, cucumber, and custard apple unfold with creamy undertones and gentle, dry tannins. Pair this sparkling tea with roasted duck, seared scallops, grilled sea bass, goat cheese with honey, apple crumble, or fruit-based desserts.
